I am a 47-year-old personal trainer based at Gogo Express gym in Olari,Espoo, with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. Although it was my first year competing, I achieved remarkable success in various competitions, including winning the Valio Profeel Cup masters in Estonia, securing the SM Master title, achieving 2nd place in the Nordic Cup men’s open classic physique, and clinching the First place in the SM in Lahti, Finland
